WE Hatch

The brain of your incubator.

WE Hatch watches temperature and humidity every 2 seconds, turns two egg trays on time and alerts you the moment something goes wrong.

Designed and made by WE Solutions, Pune.

The WE Hatch controller: black case, colour screen and a knob on top

Drag to turn it round

One box runs the whole cabinet

It switches your heating lamp, fogger, fan and two tray motors, turns the trays on schedule, and shows everything on a bright screen you drive with one knob.

Dashboard showing 37.5 °C, humidity, two trays and the outputs

Climate you can trust

The sensor is read every 2 seconds. Temperature and humidity sit next to the target for your bird, so you see at a glance if anything drifts.

  • Temperature to 0.1 °C, averaged over the last 4 readings
  • Heater, fogger and fan switched from the screen
  • Offsets to match your own thermometer
Batches screen: each tray with its bird, day and next turn

Two trays, two clocks

Chicken eggs on one tray and duck eggs on the other? Each tray keeps its own bird, its own day count and its own turning motor.

  • Turns every set number of minutes
  • Stops turning by itself on lockdown day
  • Keeps its trays and days through a power cut
Alert pop-up: temperature too high

Alerts that don't wait

A pop-up and a beep the moment the eggs are at risk, with what to do next written on the screen.

  • Too hot, too cold, too dry, too humid
  • Low water, a heater or fogger that does nothing
  • A sensor that stops answering

On your phone and laptop

The controller hosts its own web page on your Wi-Fi. No app store, no cloud account, no monthly fee.

  • Web app locked with a PIN
  • Windows app for many incubators at once
  • Firmware updates over Wi-Fi

Try it before you buy it

This is the real dashboard, running on a pretend cabinet. Turn the knob to move, press to choose, hold to go back. Switch the heater, fogger and fan and watch the numbers and alerts react.

Labelled wiring, no guesswork

Pick a part to see exactly where its wires go. Switch the power on to watch the current flow from the plug, through the controller, to the part and back to neutral.

Five outputs, one rule

Mains live goes in at AC MAIN L on the back. Each part takes its live from the NO hole of its output and returns its neutral to one neutral block. NC holes stay empty.

The terminals carry 230 V AC. Have a qualified electrician do the wiring, with the power off.

Made for people who hatch

Hatcheries

Run several cabinets and watch them all from one laptop.

Village and backyard farmers

Upgrade a home-built cabinet to steady, automatic hatching.

Schools and colleges

Show a full hatch with clear numbers on screen and on the web app.

Breeders

Duck, quail, turkey or peafowl: each tray follows its own bird.

Six habits for a better hatch

WE Hatch keeps the numbers steady. These habits do the rest.

Store eggs pointy end down

If eggs wait more than a day, keep them in a carton, small end down, and tilt it the other way every 12 hours.

Warm them up first

Let eggs reach room temperature before setting, so the shells don't sweat or crack in the heat.

Keep the climate steady

About 37.5 °C and 45 to 55 % humidity for chicken eggs until lockdown. Your profile sets this for you.

Candle in the second week

For chicken eggs, days 14 to 16 are the best time to shine a light through and take out empty eggs.

Raise humidity for lockdown

From the lockdown day turning stops. Raise humidity to about 65 to 70 % and keep the door shut.

Don't help, don't open

Opening the door drops heat and humidity. Chicks that struggle usually finish on their own.

Questions

Will it work with the incubator cabinet I already have?

Yes, if your cabinet has a heating lamp, a fogger or humidifier, a fan and tray motors that run on 230 V and draw less than 5 A each. WE Hatch switches them through its labelled terminals.

Does it need the internet?

No. Everything runs on the box. Wi-Fi is only for the web app and the Windows app, and the controller can open its own hotspot for set-up.

What happens in a power cut?

Settings, trays and day counts are saved, and the controller carries on when the power returns. The day count runs on hours of running time, so after a long cut you can set the day forward from the tray menu.

Can I hatch two different birds at once?

Each tray has its own bird, days and turning. The cabinet climate is shared, so pick birds with similar temperature and humidity, such as chicken and duck.

Is the manual in Hindi?

Yes. The full manual, with screenshots, wiring and troubleshooting, comes in English and Hindi. Both are free to download above.
